There are two kinds of sleeping habits.
One is Morning people, the other one is night people.
Morning people go to bed following a regular routine bedtime and get up early to ready to face the day, they follow the maxim of “early to bed, early to rise”.
Night people always stay up late and often tired and cranky in the morning.
For morning people, they need to sleep about eight hours in the night and always feel energetic in the day.
For night people, they just get five or six hours in the night as they feel function better at night, they usually try to find the time to take a nap in the morning.
To sum up, going to bed at eleven p.m. is the best sleeping time for health as reportedly.
Thus, it is important to cultivate a good daily habit to sleeping regularly.
Do not use your bed for reading, watch television or eating. In addition, doing the regular exercise everyday can help you to sleeping well.
