Likewise, when people shop in stores, they can give a damaged item back personally and to change a new one in good condition. Next, both of them all provide preferential information to consumers on a regular time schedule by e-mail or by text message in order to promote their goods well. When people shopping on the Internet, they have to fill in their contact details on line; and then sellers will send consumers discount information accordingly. In the same way, clerks in stores would ask for your contact details and key in on their record in order to send you discount information.

In short, there are some differences and similarities between shopping on the Internet and shopping in stores. Shopping on line is convenient and can save time for consumers. On the other hand, shopping in stores can see the goods and try it on personally to avoid the inaccuracy. However, both of them can provide consumers preferential information and after-service.
