Solar Energy

The quality of human life depends to a large degree on the availability of energy. This is threatened unless renewable energy resources can be developed in the near future. I think that solar energy should be more widely used in the near future as we can get energy so long as sunlight available i.e. the solar energy can be installed no matter how its form and scale are. Actually, solar energy can improve our live in every aspect. Solar cells are set on buildings transfer eat into electricity from the sun. An inexhaustible supply of solar energy, clean, safe, free from monopoly, unlike oil and thermal power generation would lead to environmental pollution. That’s why I think the solar energy should be more widely used in the near future.

A Joke

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, first of all, thank all of you for coming here. I am Mercy. Today, I would like to share you a joke that occurred in our office. A certain day, Sally was on line, so, Sammy left her a message. After end the call, Sally saw the message and then took the call back. She said, may I speak to Mr. 8? The people said, what? Sally said again, may I speak to Mr. 8? The people said, there is no this guy in their company. You must dial a wrong call. After hanging the phone up, Sammy looked at Sally so surprised and then said, I was write the “Mr. Lu” down…. Then, we all laughing. That’s all. Thank you for your listening.

Dealing with stress

Life today is seriously affected by economic problems, unemployment, crimes and marriage break-ups. And many people these days are working in stress. If we do not learn to control our stress level, we will be facing with physical and mental problems which are bad for our health. Thus, learning to control our own stress is very important. There are some ways which can help us to relax in our pressurizing lives. For example, take ourselves away from the stressful situation by doing some breathing exercises, or practicing to clear our minds from disturbing thoughts. Some people may not know that smoking and drinking are some ways that can help us to relieve our stress, but we have to bear in mind that these will also be harmful to our health. If a person is feeling anxious, he or she should try to find out the problem that led to it because it may inflict their job or relationship and so on. Whatever it is, the stressful feeling is a warning that prompts us to make changes in our life styles.
Stress always causes bad temper. When we are in a bad mood, our words usually will hurt others inadvertently. Therefore, I will usually follow the below steps to cool down myself. First, I will try to allow myself to be in a silence stage at that moment. Next, I will take a deep breath as I feel that can cool down my bad temper. Thirdly, I will try to clear my mind from all the disturbing thoughts. Focusing my thoughts can help to compose myself from an upset situation. Finally, I will express my feelings by writing them down on my blog and share it with my best friends to relieve my stress. Actually, I feel that sharing my emotion with my confided friends is an effective way of dealing with my stress as they are always ready to give me their fully support not only mentally but also extended in actions. My good friends know me very well, thus I can express my most inner emotion to them when I am in stress, and then they can give me their listening ears, advice and best solution by return. It is an effective way for me to solve my problem and relieve my stress because I feel that by chatting with them, I am able to bring back my troubled mind to a quietude stage again.
In short, everyone has their own stress in life, maybe it is due to economic problems, unemployment, or work related issue and so on. Of course, it is not easy to deal with stress, and especially by coping with it alone by ourselves. But, too much stress will cause a lot of problems which will definitely be affecting our lives. Thus, we must always remember to try to find the various suitable ways to keep our stress under control. It is very important and learning how to manage the stress can cope with our problems smoothly. To conclude, learn to control the stress, and do not let it starts to control you.

A New Guy

A new guy started in our office since two years ago. He was embarrassed and we chatted very peaceful. During get along with him these months, we become more familiar with each other. We found we have a lot in common. For example, we both love watching movies. I admired for his frankness. And now, we are the good friends. He is the only one that can get along with 3M very well. I think it’s not easy. For us, we are not only the partners on business, we had good friendship now. I believe we can keep good friendship thought we don’t work for the same company in the further. Anyway, I’m happy to met him and hope we can maintain the good friendship forever.

Too Many Dates

This period, I gained so much weight as I have a lot of dates not only for business but also for friends. Thus, I decided to change my eating habits and keep doing regular exercise to lose weight. I think it’s good for the shape. Also, stay in shape will be in health. Someone may be start off the diet by only drinking water. But, I think it will cause the starving and dizziness. Eating nothing is a worse way to lose weight. In addition, many people believe in power of diet pill to lose weight. Actually, it may hurt your body like the examples we saw on TV. In short, doing exercise to burn off the extra fat and eating a balanced diet are the best ways to be in shape.

About My Job

Since July, 2009, there were some adjustments in my job.
At first, I got an urgent instruction to go to the Kaohsiung branch office. Then, I went back Taipei office to take over the routine shipments. Till this Oct, Miss Bonnie came back. Thus, I can back to my position. Recently, an outcome cross to my purpose as my job shift to others again.
This period, I felt so tired of job and I really thirst for annual leave.
As reported, when an employee work for a company for approximate six years, it's time to consider to change a environment. Actually, I worked for this company since 2002.
Could it be said that it's time to make a decision?
Or, should I try to adjust my attitude about this job.
