Day 3 in Japan - OSAKA AQUARIUM KAIYUKAN

The OSAKA AQUARIUM KAIYUKAN is an aquarium located in Osaka, Japan where near Osaka Bay. It is one of the largest public aquariums in the world. We visited this place in our third day in Japan. In this aquarium, visitors can enjoy in it as you can feel that you are playing together in the sea. OSAKA AQUARIUM KAIYUKAN has selected 15 regions along the Ring of Fire, and reproduced the bountiful nature and various living things mainly living in the Pacific Ocean. The aquarium exhibits numerous living things including fishes, plants, invertebrate animals, batrachians, reptiles, birds, and mammals. The best way is to start the tour on the top floor, then around the main tanks. On the bottom floor, it’s the sight of spider crabs. I like this place very much as I felt like I am in the sea with these sea creatures. I recommend this place if you have change to visit OSAKA.

The Last Day of 2010

Today is the last day of 2010. Go over this year, I am busy on job, on schoolwork and on life.
Regarding my job, I changed the new contents of job. In beginning of year, I take over all the routing cargoes instead of mediterranean line. During that period, I know solving the problems requires patience. Also, I learned to translate the bad temper. This is the one of my growths in this year. Next, I changed the contents from routing shipments to European shipments form OCT, 2010. I felt completely weighed down by the stress of changes. I just can persuade myself into a change might do me good. Anyhow, today is the last day of 2010. One of my new year’s resolutions is everything on job will be more smoothly. Wish happy new years to all friends.

The bad feeling

I feel not good these days as the seat of office will be changed.
I don’t know why I am so care about it though the supervisor had communicated with me several times. Once receiving this instruction, I am so sad then decide to change the job after celebrating the New Year. I shared this idea with my co-workers who have good relationship with me. They stand by me if they look at this issue for job standpoint, but, they hope I can stay for them personally. Actually, I treat this place as another home. So, I feel reluctant to give up this job as everything is so familiar. In short, I am in the sea and I can’t make an exact decision this moment. I think I should try my best to translate this bad feeling as I should consider about these people who treat me so kindness.

DUE DATE

I like this movie a lot though it is just a comedy. It doesn’t a complicated story.
The story is opening from Peter Highman who is an architect. One day, he is on his way back to Los Angeles from a business trip to Atlanta. The expectant first-time father is on a tight schedule as the due date of his wife. Because he hurries to catch a flight home, so, he can be at her side for the birth. His best intentions go completely awry when he meeting Ethan Tremblay who is an aspiring actor. They were kicked off the plane and put on a no-fly list. Meanwhile, Peter’s luggage, wallet and ID take off without him. Stranded without cash, credit, ID or time, Peter is forced to hitch a ride home with a guy he would rather take a swing at—Ethan.
The person he holds responsible for his predicament is now behind the wheel of a rental car and offering him the passenger seat. Though clearly not his best option, it’s Peter’s only option.
Finally, Peter and Ethan became the good friends through this route as they find the true between each other. I like this movie is because seeing this film can release my stress.

Day 2 in Japan

Kyoto is the tourist jewel in Japan. Kyoto remains a center of traditional Japanese art and crafts and culture. We visit two temples in Kyoto this time. First one is Kiyomizu Dera where is the hugely popular for most visitors to Kyoto. The main hall is built out onto pillars. The effect is that of a deck reaching out from the foot of the mountain. After visiting the temple, we go shipping in the small street with traditional things and wooden houses. We tasted a lot of Japanese food there. Next, we went to Kinkakuji Temple where is the most well-known temple in Japan. The main pavilion is covered in gold. Each floor represents a different style of architecture. Visitors can't touch it, thus, we just can take photos in the distance.

Company Trip

We had a company trip to Japan during Dec 08 to Dec 15, 2010. All staffs separated into two groups. I joined the 2nd group. I am the member of Employee Welfare Committee in our company. So, we were in charge of this activity which was so difficult to prepare all pre-processing. Anyway, we held this trip smoothly. My impress of Japan is wonderful because of its nice people and clear land. Also, the public security in Japan is very good. I brought my younger brother to join this trip. He told me that he want to immigrate to Japan when we in the shuttle bus and ready to visit our first place in Japan. I laughed when I heard his thought.

A Game

Few days ago, I have a game named truly talking with my good friends. We all drank this night, so, someone became more boldness. First question was said “did you image to associate with someone in our company”? We all answered this problem though we didn’t know what answer is true and what answer is lie. Next question was asked “Who of your ex girl/boy friends stays in the deeply heart?” The answers were strange as we all reply “last one”, but, we sure that this time we didn’t lie with each others. Then, no one keeps speaking in that moment. After a while, someone broke the silence. He asked me “who is your most cared person nowadays?” I rejected to reply it because I don’t know the answer. Nevertheless, I just want not to explore the answer. Anyway, sharing the secrets with good friends is a funny game. Ha ha…

X'MAS PARTY

I am the member of Employee Welfare Committee in our company.
This time, I am in charge of this year’s x’mas party. At first, I have to find the suitable place where can accommodate 40 people. Next, I have to consider about what activity can match everyone’s request. Some of my co-loaders like to go to KTV, some enjoy having a dinner in nice restaurant. After discussing with my members, we decided to hold the party in the heat fries shop. We felt it’s a so special experience though this place may let you feel so local. Then, we voted the date from all co-loaders. This is my first time to be the host, I was so nervous. Anyway, the party was held successfully. I am so happy that all staffs can join this party and enjoyed it this time. I learnt that it’s not easy to collect different ideas. Also, the party needs much time to prepare it. In short, I felt so happy to work with these guys.

Just Do the Best

This year, I heard that "I want to improve my English skill" from classmates. I think it's a very good thought. But, I sometimes confuse about it. I am an on-the-job student, I am learning for myself, it's unnecessary to compare with others. Someone may care about their scores, so do I.
Why I care about it is because I want to improve I have progress on it. Everyone's beginning is not the same. So, it's not fair to compare with each other. Also, it's really unnecessary to compare it with others. Most people dream to earn target money per year. Actually, I had done it since three years ago. I have ability to earn money and I know it's a high target for others. But, the face is I still lack a lot in my life. Isn't it? In short, I just feel learning is very important, and learning requires action. I know the learning tips, but if I don't start doing things, I will achieve nothing. Anyway, learning is good and it can assist you advance in knowledge of the world. . Just do your best.

How to understnd the one you care for?

People always comment others on first impression when they meet a new guy.
After days passed by, they may concern about the level that others understand them?
Also, what level they understand others?
This period, I am thinking about this issue. So, I asked some good friends. Among them, Mr. Pig told me that he is fully understand me. I laughed his comment, and, I am so happy to hear it.
Besides, Mr. E told me that he can't catch my thoughts. I am confused as I feel he is the one who can understand me. Thus, I think I should open my mind and face my truly feelings.
In short, I will try to share it with my goods friends because I think to be understand is very important.

Solar Energy

The quality of human life depends to a large degree on the availability of energy. This is threatened unless renewable energy resources can be developed in the near future. I think that solar energy should be more widely used in the near future as we can get energy so long as sunlight available i.e. the solar energy can be installed no matter how its form and scale are. Actually, solar energy can improve our live in every aspect. Solar cells are set on buildings transfer eat into electricity from the sun. An inexhaustible supply of solar energy, clean, safe, free from monopoly, unlike oil and thermal power generation would lead to environmental pollution. That’s why I think the solar energy should be more widely used in the near future.

A Joke

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, first of all, thank all of you for coming here. I am Mercy. Today, I would like to share you a joke that occurred in our office. A certain day, Sally was on line, so, Sammy left her a message. After end the call, Sally saw the message and then took the call back. She said, may I speak to Mr. 8? The people said, what? Sally said again, may I speak to Mr. 8? The people said, there is no this guy in their company. You must dial a wrong call. After hanging the phone up, Sammy looked at Sally so surprised and then said, I was write the “Mr. Lu” down…. Then, we all laughing. That’s all. Thank you for your listening.

Dealing with stress

Life today is seriously affected by economic problems, unemployment, crimes and marriage break-ups. And many people these days are working in stress. If we do not learn to control our stress level, we will be facing with physical and mental problems which are bad for our health. Thus, learning to control our own stress is very important. There are some ways which can help us to relax in our pressurizing lives. For example, take ourselves away from the stressful situation by doing some breathing exercises, or practicing to clear our minds from disturbing thoughts. Some people may not know that smoking and drinking are some ways that can help us to relieve our stress, but we have to bear in mind that these will also be harmful to our health. If a person is feeling anxious, he or she should try to find out the problem that led to it because it may inflict their job or relationship and so on. Whatever it is, the stressful feeling is a warning that prompts us to make changes in our life styles.
Stress always causes bad temper. When we are in a bad mood, our words usually will hurt others inadvertently. Therefore, I will usually follow the below steps to cool down myself. First, I will try to allow myself to be in a silence stage at that moment. Next, I will take a deep breath as I feel that can cool down my bad temper. Thirdly, I will try to clear my mind from all the disturbing thoughts. Focusing my thoughts can help to compose myself from an upset situation. Finally, I will express my feelings by writing them down on my blog and share it with my best friends to relieve my stress. Actually, I feel that sharing my emotion with my confided friends is an effective way of dealing with my stress as they are always ready to give me their fully support not only mentally but also extended in actions. My good friends know me very well, thus I can express my most inner emotion to them when I am in stress, and then they can give me their listening ears, advice and best solution by return. It is an effective way for me to solve my problem and relieve my stress because I feel that by chatting with them, I am able to bring back my troubled mind to a quietude stage again.
In short, everyone has their own stress in life, maybe it is due to economic problems, unemployment, or work related issue and so on. Of course, it is not easy to deal with stress, and especially by coping with it alone by ourselves. But, too much stress will cause a lot of problems which will definitely be affecting our lives. Thus, we must always remember to try to find the various suitable ways to keep our stress under control. It is very important and learning how to manage the stress can cope with our problems smoothly. To conclude, learn to control the stress, and do not let it starts to control you.

A New Guy

A new guy started in our office since two years ago. He was embarrassed and we chatted very peaceful. During get along with him these months, we become more familiar with each other. We found we have a lot in common. For example, we both love watching movies. I admired for his frankness. And now, we are the good friends. He is the only one that can get along with 3M very well. I think it’s not easy. For us, we are not only the partners on business, we had good friendship now. I believe we can keep good friendship thought we don’t work for the same company in the further. Anyway, I’m happy to met him and hope we can maintain the good friendship forever.

Too Many Dates

This period, I gained so much weight as I have a lot of dates not only for business but also for friends. Thus, I decided to change my eating habits and keep doing regular exercise to lose weight. I think it’s good for the shape. Also, stay in shape will be in health. Someone may be start off the diet by only drinking water. But, I think it will cause the starving and dizziness. Eating nothing is a worse way to lose weight. In addition, many people believe in power of diet pill to lose weight. Actually, it may hurt your body like the examples we saw on TV. In short, doing exercise to burn off the extra fat and eating a balanced diet are the best ways to be in shape.

About My Job

Since July, 2009, there were some adjustments in my job.
At first, I got an urgent instruction to go to the Kaohsiung branch office. Then, I went back Taipei office to take over the routine shipments. Till this Oct, Miss Bonnie came back. Thus, I can back to my position. Recently, an outcome cross to my purpose as my job shift to others again.
This period, I felt so tired of job and I really thirst for annual leave.
As reported, when an employee work for a company for approximate six years, it's time to consider to change a environment. Actually, I worked for this company since 2002.
Could it be said that it's time to make a decision?
Or, should I try to adjust my attitude about this job.

Eat, Pray, Love

One woman who has a husband and a house, everything seems in happiness.
Actually, she doesn't want any of it and feel something lose in the life, thus, she realize that it's time to search of three things she has been missing, pleasure, devotion and blance.
One day, she make the decision and travel to Italy, India and Indonesia. She learns Italian in Roma, italy, and she find the enlightment getting up in the middle of the night to scrub the temple floor in India. In the last place, Indonesia, she meet a toothless medicine man who offer her a new path to peace, simply sit still and smile. And slowly happiness begins to creep up on her. This is a feature film, if you pay more attention of it, you will find a lot on it.
I don't have courage to travel alone, thus, I admired her. Also, it's diffcult to give up the life you have had though uncheerful around it. People always depends on the things they used to do, so do I. In short, without courage, I think it's not easy to find the better life and progress.

Job Experience

About one year and three months ago, I got a phone call from one of my clients who told me that the hearsay information saying that our branch office in Kaohsiung faced a big problem on finance and will be closed. I know this news was incorrect and it was impossible as our business was always stable. I just felt it was so strange. Thus, I forwarded this news to my supervisor and then my boss found out that our ex office manager was against the Business dealing to establish his own company by our resources and he hired the key employees away. Also, he vilified that our office faced a big problem on finance. He was on immoral behavior. One day, when I was ready to off duty, I got an emergent instruction to go there to overcome the problems and to train the new employees. Thus, I went home urgently and packed my luggage. Next morning, I took the earliest High Speed Rail Train to Kaohsiung. During that period, my life was always in stress, not only physically but also mentally because I did not know who is loyal and who is a spy. In addition, I had to train the new employees. A certain Sunday, about 7:00 pm, my co-worker named Polly, and I were prepared to off duty, I went to the toilet and Polly was waiting for me infront of an elevator. Few minutes later, when I walked towards Polly, She asked: did you see anything? I said: NO. Then, the mood around us was quite silent. I was so scared. After reflected, She told me that our ex office manager tried to enter our office but luckily we were still there for overtime. He was shocked and then ran away. So, there was no damage occurred. But, I was shocked for that event as I felt we usually saw such happening on Tv but not in actual life. We did not know why he tried to enter our office and what he wanted to steal. It was really an unforgettable experience for me. On the other hand, I was so touched by Kaohsiung residents at that period as they were very kind and passionate. During that period, I visited some famous places in Kaohsiung, like Cijin....and so on. If you have a chance to visit this city, I recommend you to visit this place not only because of the the wonderful views but also the friendly people there. Anyway, we were so lucky as we found that event before a big loss occurred, and finally I overcome everything in the short term. Therefore, I came back.
In conclusion, I learned a lot from this business trip. I became more independent and brave and I realize that if you want to do something, nothing is impossible.

Meaningful Gift

Pig told me he had prepared the gift which is a ring and also can be used as a pendant for my coming birthday. Of course I am surprised and I’m so touched.
When I shared this joy with Mandy and Monica, they told me they want to buy me a necklace of silver to collocate that pendant. At beginning, I didn’t give them my comment as my thought will hurt their heart. After serious thought, I decided to reject their terms.I shared them my true thinking that I want to buy a necklace by myself.
As I felt the pendant was bought by pig, I don’t want to lose the meaningful on it.
Finally, they accept my idea then decide to pick up the other present for me.
Sorry my dear Mandy and Monica, but, I just want to share you my joy.
I don’t want to tell you what I want though we are so close.
Anyway, many thanks my dear friends.

GOOD HEALTH

I have two younger brothers, one is an engineer named Dao, the other one is civil servant named Zhi.
Dao always remind me that develop the habit to save money periodically is very important.
He told us I have an ability to earn money, thus, if no one can bring me up when I older,
Nothing worries me in the further.

Zhi told me the good health is very important.
He running in the evening third a week at least.
He always have cereal with milk as breastfast and eat less suger and less oil.

My friends always told us that I should learn above mentioned habits form my brothers.
This period, I felt following these steps will be good for me.
I try to exercise more, but, I am in poor health recently.
This let me upset.

In short, the good health is really important as you can work with energy.

MOOD

Today, I have a dinner with A-gun, at that restaurant, we saw a little child dropped from the chair. In that moment, his mother was expressionless and still had her dinner.
How can you image that child was sat next his mother, but that moman didn’t pick the child up. I can’t believe what I saw because that child is just about 3 years old.
What’s wrong in recently society?
Why people become more selfish?
Why people can’t give a stranger a smile?
Currently, I feel I am tired to say something not only with stranger but also acquaintances. Maybe, I am the one of these guys who were sick.

COURAGE

The day before day, Joan told us to be a brave girl. Today, I heard the same thing from Isa.
Why my friends wish I can pursue my happiness and love with courage.
What is my dream? What is my wish? What I really need? I am confused on it….
Sometimes, I felt it’s very close, otherwise, I felt I can’t touch it.
Before to love the one, I think I have to learn how to love myself in advance.
I know I have a beautiful family. Certainly, I also have a lot of friends who always supporting me. They always do me a favor when I need. I am so grateful that I was born on the earth and owned a lovely family. I'm also pleased to meet you.

Brother Pig

I have a special good friend and I call him brother pig.
I met him since 2003, we all work for forwarder.
Afterward, I was surprised that we became acquainted mutually.
We argued some events these two years.
He was angry, nevertheless, thank you for his tolerate.
I know he is busy this period, but, he told me he was conscientious to prepare my birthday gift. I really happy and touched tough I didn’t see my present till now. Aftershock

Aftershock is a good movie which is focus on a family during and after the 1976 Tangshan earthquake. I am deeply touched by this film. The film presents the four minutes or so of the earthquake in a breathtaking way, with convincing visual effects, but the rest of the movie is mainly about a mother's emotional reunion with her daughter, who is forced to fend for herself during the calamity. Many viewers have been won over by the heartrending story of parental love and theater owners have even been keeping paper tissues handy for tearful viewers.
If you are that mother, what’s your choice? Save the son or save the daughter? How ruthless is??? Sometime, a decision will effect one’s life,
But, how to do the correct decision, I think it’s not easy in our life.
I think the best way is just don’t regret your decision.

3M

One of my best friends named Mandy, we met in my last company, our good relationship was built form that time. At first, 3M was consisted of Mandy, Vivian and Mercy since 2000. In that period, we were so happy though our works are very busy and pressured. Two years later, we leaved my last company continually. After that, Vivian and me jobbed in my current company, we still made close contact with Mandy although we are in different companies. Two years and five months ago, she joined to us, meanwhile, Vivian changed her English name form Vivian to Monica. We certainly called 3”M”. These years, we are older, of course we changed not only the minds but also the appearances. But, we still the good friends.
These days, Mandy felt so tired, thus, she decided to leave our company,
Monica and me esteem for her decision as we all know it will not effect our good relationship. Mandy will leave our company in the end of SEP, 2010.

Cherish

In the beginning of AUG, I went my home in the central Taiwan. One of my senior high school classmates, her name is Yvonne, she come my home with her son this time, after chat a while, we decided to meet Doris as I haven't met her in a long time. These years, I am busy for work and they are busy for their family life as Yvonne has two children, Doris has two children, too.
They told me the family life is not easy, so, they all suggested me to enjoy my single time. I think the advantage of single is freedom but alone. People always expect for the objects which they don’t have. It’s not easy to cherish what they have. I think it’s human nature, isn’t it???
In short, only smile and no tears will lead you to happiness. Just cherish what you have and help others if you have ability.

Bad Experience

There are forty in our company. Among our coworkers, there are twelve people include me, we are closer than others, so, we have periodical birthday party for members. On Aug 26, 2010, we held the birthday party in KTV for ANNA and BOA after work. We were joyful this time, but in the eleventh hour,
ANNA and Boa were drunk. Especially, Anna was gone to the hospital.
We were shocked on this event. Even, Anna was woke up till the other day.
I am really guilty conscience this time. But something strange that day,
we know our own limits on drinking, we seem to drink the fake wine, we though it’s the key reason of Anna’s alcohol poisoning. Anyway, we made up the mind never to drink too much. Eventally, Anna is return to health, I think it’s most important than everything. In short, it’s really a bad experience.

FISH

One of my best friends bought there fish to me one month ago, I never raise the fish, so, I am curious on it. Unbeliverable, I still keep the fresh feeling till now as my flaws are short-term passion. The fish bowl was set on the table near the sofa in the living room.
This period, I observe the fish in the fish bowl, “they” are carefree though fish are cold-blooded.

I like this live style. But, in the odd numbers, it’s resulting that the one of it will feel alone, then unhappy. I think it's not easy as fair in the odd numbers. I know something different between us, but we have to keep distance. We all know why but for why??? The fish brought me some difference these days, anyway, thank you and wish happiness will company our life.

The A-Team

This is something very cool and funny. A-team never kills a bad guy, they don't even wound them. But the way B.A. a bad guy over a car or when Hannibal says "I love it when a plan comes together" you don't even notice that this is in fact a family show. The A-Team help people in need, they don't always do it for money, they help people even if the people don't have to money to pay them. I think "The A-Team" is a well done film, it may seem violent, but the focus is what it is all about, soldiers who help people out, they only shoot when they have to. No one has ever got killed except Gen. Fullbright by Vietnamese soldiers in one episode, and a Mob boss who gets killed, but not by the A-Team. All in all, it was a great film which brings back great memories . A big pat on the back must go to everyone involved in this wonderful film. I hope the big budget film is good but nothing could ever be better than this film.

Global Warming

Global warming is the gradual increase of the temperature.
An increase in global temperatures can cause other changes, including sea level rise. The oceans serve as a sink for carbon dioxide. Furthermore, as the temperature of the oceans increases, they become less able to absorb excess CO2. Ongoing effects include climate change will impact agriculture and food production around the world as the effects of CO2 in the atmosphere. Human beings are exposed to climate change through changing in water, air and food quality and changes in ecosystems.

These years, the temperature is higher than before. I think global warming has become a serious problem around the world. Thus, everyone should try to reduce the carbon. There are some ways that I do to reduce the carbon. First of all, try my best to save the power of lighting and air conditioner. Second, I try to be a vegetarian. Actually, I eat one meal per day. Third, I use the reprocessed paper instead of new paper. Besides, by MRT to work instead of by motorcycle is a good idea, too. To sum up, how to have a low carbon living is a major lesson in the future. We have to learn more basic knowledge to protect the earth.

EXPORT PROFIT REPORT OF EUROPE

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, first of all, l would like to thank you all for coming here to my presentation today, since every one of you is very busy. Before the presentation, let me introduce myself, I am Mercy Cheng. I’m here today is to report on our company’s Export period Profit Report of Europe department in the last three years. I have divided my presentation into three main parts. I’ll be handing out copies of the power point slide.
Fist, I’ll begin by showing you the annual profit in the last three years. The graph shows the Export period Profit Report of our Europe department in the last three years. Take a look at these figures. As you can see here, we’re had a very successful year in 2008. It can be seen clearly that the profit at Europe department in 2008 was increased by 80 percent than 2007. But there was dropped moderately in 2009.
On the next slide, you will see an illustration of the volume. It can be seen the figure in 2008 was 8 percent lower than 2007. To go on, there was a decrease of 22 percen in 2009.
After that, I’ll move on to the next point of HBL numbers. In 2008, there was a little go down but there was sharp fall in 2009.

To sum up, in this competitive time, the volume we have in last three years is good.

10. Using Visualization

I learn a lot during this period in Lunghwa University of Science and Technology. In my English reading class, I find the correct attitude of reading should be "enjoy reading, not just try to read vocabulary", also, don't read one word by one word as it will take me too much time. The best way is to find the main idea, main story and what the story is about form picture and title at first. Next, check the first sentence and the last sentence of the text. These steps can help me to easy understand what author would like to express to reader. In addition, like above mentioned reading strategy instruction from our classmates. These right reading skills can enhance my velocity of reading. Everyone has difference aptitude for learning. Among these reading strategy instruction, "Summarizing to Gist" and "Using Visualization" are good for me as it can intensive effects to mind the new words and it’s easy to remember the matter of text. In the other hand, in my English reading class, I know that teamwork is more important and I can learn something from my team members. To sum up, reading should be accumulated over a long period, the great interests can be encouraged of reading when you gain the right reading strategy instruction. Thus, I believe that my English skill will improving in coming days.

Stinky Tofu

One of Taiwanese traditional food, stinky tofu, is a form of fermented tofu. Stinky tofu which is easy found at night markets is a direct translation of Mandarin. It represents one aspect of the Taiwanese culture. Stinky tofu is well-known for its special process. Most typically, stinky tofu contains tofu which has been marinated in brine and fermented vegetables. Stinky tofu could be eaten after preserving for several weeks to several months.
Stinky tofu is made of different ways in various areas. Stinky tofu is the unofficial national snack food of Taiwan and is universally loved. It is very commonly served on roadside stands and in night markets. There are Spicy Stinky Tofu, Steamed Stinky Tofu, Deep fried Stinky Tofu and Grilled Stinky Tofu. Stinky tofu is name because of its strong smell. Even a distance, the odor of stinky tofu would be noticed. So, many foreigners and even Taiwanese detest it. In spite of its smell, the flavor is surprisingly mild.

The Vacation to Boracay

Boracay is located in the central Philippines. It is most popular tourist site for the Philippines. The main reason to go is perfect white sand beach which is extends approximate 4 km. There is not too many things to do or see, but it does not matter as all those who came to Boracay has the feeling linger.
Boracay although all the water sports and nightlife of the land, but who should be sitting quietly on the beach, or attractive. There are many activitits in Boracay like mssage service, boat rides and fishing, water sports, scuba diving and so on....
This is my first time to visit this place and I tried some activitits there, like message, sailing boat, hair braid, sea walker and Parasailing. When you go parasailing in the beaches of Boracay, you can feel the rush of the water and the blowing wind, all the while you gaze up the brilliant skies and listen to the roar of boat. Whether it is your first time to the island or not, this is an activity you should not be afraid to try out. Another one is sailing boat. I like the sailing on the ocean. It is so relaxing once you sail on one of Boracay's native sail boats which makes you relax and love mother nature. The ocean being so warm and crystal clear, it makes for a beautiful trip gliding over massive rocks which has much fun in the sunshine. If you looking for something to do on your next trip. Trying sailing boat along Boracay. The cost just about 800 peso an hour and you will find your body and mind fully relaxing. In conclusion, I highly recommend this place if you want to have a free and relaxed vacation.

Morning People/Night People

There are two kinds of sleeping habits.
One is Morning people, the other one is night people.
Morning people go to bed following a regular routine bedtime and get up early to ready to face the day, they follow the maxim of “early to bed, early to rise”.
Night people always stay up late and often tired and cranky in the morning.
For morning people, they need to sleep about eight hours in the night and always feel energetic in the day.
For night people, they just get five or six hours in the night as they feel function better at night, they usually try to find the time to take a nap in the morning.
To sum up, going to bed at eleven p.m. is the best sleeping time for health as reportedly.
Thus, it is important to cultivate a good daily habit to sleeping regularly.
Do not use your bed for reading, watch television or eating. In addition, doing the regular exercise everyday can help you to sleeping well.

A Presentation about The Tourist Destination I Have Visited‏

Today, I would like to share my travel experience to Harbin.
In 2009, I have a chance to go there, and it's really a special experience for me.
How can you imagine the winter in Harbin, it can be low as negative 40 degrees centigrade. Snow starts in the earlier November and the coldest month is in January. However, the winter is a great season to visit Harbin as the Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival were held annually during this period with many stunning ice and snow sculptures.
I think it's the major tourist attractions because it can attract many tourists to go there though it's very cold.
If you have a chance to go there to see these artistic productions, you must be surprised by it.
Each one have to spend much time and many people to finish it.
Also, the European building and Zhongyang Dajie are famous places in Harbin.
As Harbin is proximity to Russia,
Thus, there are many souvenir shops were opened by locals.
You can buy various souvenirs with Russian style there.
I think it's a good opportunity to earn money for locals.
What I think the negative impact on the locals is the traffic as it becomes very crowded in the peak season. Thus, living become more and more inconvenient for the residents. On the other hand, the environment become dusty and it's not easy to preserve.
Anyway, I highly recommend on this place.

Happy Life

Do you know what is emotion?
Love, hatred, and grief are emotions. But how to control it?
When someone was approved by something, then he might feel happy.

Do you feel happy?
Most people are seeking the ways to satisfy themselves.
I think when the desire is more, the happy is less. Actually, the negative emotion will keep you upset as it will harm to health. Everyone should in charge of themselves to experience of life. Don't let your life be control by others.
No one can truly realize of you, if you rely on others too much,
You will easy to feel upset. Trust that if you keep learning, you will do everything successful.

Also, don't let others' lie effect you, it might be caused you in sad.
No one can force others. If you believe an event is not true, then, it's lie.
Otherwise, if you believe it's true, then, it's true. Busy life can abate the pain.
Anyway, learning how to have good observation and follow your feeling.
Keep yourself in good emotion. Then, you will live in good life.

A Busy Airport Terminal

In the busy airport terminal, there are a lot of people who come from different countries. You can find some people are waiting in front of check-in counters.
Some people look hurry among loudspeaker announcing. While you are pending for boarding. There are some ways you can do to pass time. You can take a nap in the lounge, or use your personal notebook, and so on….
In addition, you can shopping in the duty-free stores.
In conclusion, there are many things you can do in the airport terminal.

Tom Ripley might be sickness. The director is unsure of how to deal with him, though, is a deep, deep flaw, one that makes a movie that could have been an engrossing look into a sick man simply bland. This isn't a simple character study.
Tom Ripley is very selfish. His actions are always amoral and through his lies and deception. It is obvious that he doesn't care at all for anyone around him.
When you lie to someone, then you have to say more falsehoods about it.
Whoever you said to, it might be occurred in the true life. Everyone is selfish but it's just different of percentage. Anyhow, it's important that we should learn to do what we like to do and love yourself. Real recognize real.

It's Complicated

"It's Complicated" is a comedy film about love. Jane (Streep) is the mother with three grown kids, owns a restaurant. After a decade of divorce, Jane and Jake (her ex-husband) find themselves on their son's college graduation. Things become getting complicated because Jake had remarried to the much younger Agness, Jane is now as the other woman. Beside, Adam starts to fall in love with Jane, but soon realizes he is become part of a love triangle.

The subject matter of this film maybe is not special. But it's possible happen to real life. Few days ago, a news in the headline is talking about a guy killed his girlfriend for breaking up with him. Learnt from movie, you see that let bygones be bygones. Solve the problem when it comes up.
The word said " The leopard cannot change his spots" i.e. we can't expect anyone to satisfied certain conditions. The best way is that you have to find the suitable interaction with each others otherwise you will in painful.
Most people would like to have completed family as the society impression.
Few of people can like Jane to make a purposeful decision to let the heart free.
I think it's the difference culture between west and East counties.

In addition, your original thought of certain theory is wrong.
But one day, when your standpoint is different and then that theory become to right. Thus, I think we should learn to accept various ideas from others though is might be againest for us.

In conclusion, be happy is the only way of life attitude.

Just follow the thought that you feel happiness.

About Movies

There are four ratings used for movies in Taiwan. What does it all mean?
First one is "G" i.e. General. The "G" means for "General audience" and the movie is good for young children. Parents can feel safe for children to watch this type of movies or in allowing for children to watch it alone. Second is "PG13" i.e. Parental Guidance13. "PG13" is unacceptable for children who are under 6.
It's acceptable for children who are older than 6 and under 12 if their parents are in the theater with them. Third is "PG" i.e. Parental Guidance. "PG" is unacceptable for children who are under 12. It's acceptable for children who are older than 12 and under 18 if their parents are in the theater with them. Last one is "R" i.e. Restricted. It means no one under the age of 18 can see a movie even if their parents are with them. In addition, there are some types of movies, include comedy, horror, animated, suspense, action, adventure, war films and so on... Among them, I like comedy and suspense most.
The reason why I like comedy film is that this type of movies can release you mind and keep you in happy. For example, "Old Dogs" is a comedy. Moreover, the reason why I like suspense film is because this type of movies can training you in thinking. For instance, "Case 39" is a suspense film.
To sum up, I recommend you to go to the movies when you have free time.

My Working Experience in Kaohsiung

Good afternoon, everyone.
I'm Mercy Cheng. Today, I'd like to share you my working experience in Kaohsiung. In June of 2008, our ex office manager in Kaohsiung branch established his own company and hired the key employees away.
That's why I have a chance to work there.
During that period, my life was always in stress, not only the body but also in mind because you don't know who is really loyalty and who is similar in thief. In addition, I have to training the new employees. A certain Sunday, about 7:00 pm, the ex office manager tried to enter our office but lucky we still there for overtime. He was shocked and then ran away. So, there is no damage occurred.
But I was shocked for this event as I felt it should happen on TV but actually in my life. It's really a special experience for me. On other side, I stayed there for one months. I found the Kaohsiung residents are purely and enthusiastic.
I was so touched by them just during these short days. Also, the view are good, I recommend on it. Finally, everything restored to normal.
Therefore, I came back.
